My consulting fee for this service is a flat fee of $ 2000.00 up to 4 units I may or may not receive a Real Estate Commission

 

 

 

 

All of the above plus I will handle the listing for you if it’s in Georgia or I will locate a Realtor and negotiate the fees with them. I will do a complete cash flow analysis on each property

I will help you locate financing thru traditional means or through my list of private financing options (I do not guarantee you financing just help in getting it you must qualify for the loan)

I will create a marketing program for your property that will include online as well as off line. You set the budget and I will work with in those guide lines (Minimum of $ 2000.00 for marketing) I will create the free reports that will attract buyers to your property.

Also you will be notified of upcoming properties that are not on the MLS or from my private buyers group.

My consulting fee for this service is a flat fee of $ 3000.00 single family or duplex and I may or may not receive a Real Estate Commission

 

 

 

This is my complete done for you package. I can located a property for you and you can be the only owner or you can choice to join a group where we pool our funds and purchase property thru a LLC all cash no financing will be involved in these purchase. I handle all aspect of these transactions and marketing of this investment send out monthly updates to keep you informed on the progress of our investment.

I usually will invest my own funds in these LLC as well as manage them. I believe in having skin in the game.

 

My consulting fee for this complete service is as follows:

I receive 5% of total cash up front as a consulting and marketing fee for my services and 5% of profit when the property sells and funds are distributed to members. I may or may not receive a real estate commission on this transaction.
