Gold: Same as above plus, if it’s in Georgia, I will handle the listing for you. Outside Georgia, I will help you locate Realtors and negotiate fees with them, create a marketing plan for your property and put it in action. More details…
Platinum: This is a completely done-for-you package. You can be the only person involved in the deal or you can join one of my groups to pool funds in an LLC and purchase property. I handle all aspects of the transaction. More details…
These levels give you the option to do almost all the work or none of it; that’s up to you. Real Estate can be a very lucrative and fun business but it’s not a place for people who think of it as a game. Like any other career it takes education and hard work.
